Summer Salmon Fishing is on Fire!!!

The summer salmon fishing season in Vancouver is in full swing, and the weather and fishing has been terrific! Our pink salmon run, estimated to reach over 27 million returning fish has officially arrived, and these feisty fish have been providing steady action, which should continue well into September. Good numbers of coho salmon are in the house as well, although some days, the hatchery keepers can be elusive. Chinook salmon have also started to show up as expected, and once again, we expect and are seeing strong numbers of returning fish which will continue throughout August and September.
